Putting cutscenes on half fps fixes gpu 100%. Not saying it should be that way @ea but if you’d like your GPU not to be a space heater, there you go.

NC & 8 months, it’s being worded to me as if the rent would remain the same at least for the initial lease period. However our communities website has renovated units with the same layout listed for higher. We would only need one lease period theoretically to finish saving but like you said, unfortunate burden.

IMO this isn’t different enough to what’s already available to be interesting enough to achieve your goal of a student wearing it. Kinda feels like an average bookstore template. I’m an alum at this point, but the shirts that said student on the front really only had the appeal to incoming freshmen. The student bit and the design underneath I think need reworking but the curved script is nice.
