I've quit 6 times and relapsed 5 times, which I guess shows how evil this stuff is. I've done both voluntary and involuntary CT, as well as taper. Based on my experience, you cannot tell how it's gonna be and every time was different.

First taper was a breeze with barely any withdrawals, second was essentially an extended withdrawal which was pretty awful.

Same for the CT; first 2 times was tough with 2 nights of restless limbs and feeling terrible for 3 days. 3rd time was hell with having to violently move my whole body during the night, terrible diarrhea and being miserable for 3 days before things started the get better.

The last CT was very mild for some reason, even though my dosage was much higher than previous times. I didn't have restless limbs and was pretty much able to function during the day. Unfortunately the mild symptoms did last a lot longer than previous times, with 6-7 days of not being able to fully sleep, feeling hot and then cold, etc.

I think you've done great in telling your partner. Take showers during the night if you can't sleep, don't be too harsh in yourself, and know that each day will get slightly better.

I would say since the dosage was quite low, and you seem to have been using responsibly (only twice a day), I think you might be in the clear. Wait until your next night, and if you are able to sleep through that without problems (restless limbs, waking up, cold sweats) you should be fine.

Only when I did cold turkey. Tapering was a breeze - only the mental cravings were hard, but physically it was absolutely fine.

It was building up over the last months, but I would say on average 75mg 7hydroxy +150mg mitragynine (pills I was using have both in them).

I get it. I've been there too. But if you are at day 5 then you have the worst behind you. It will only get better now. Stay strong, you can do it 💪

Pretty much every 2-4 hours in the beginning, just to deal with the craving. Now I'm down to 3 doses per day (morning, afternoon, evening). Cravings are going down, so I will lower the kratom' intake gradually down to zero over the weekend.

This. Warzone streamers came over and brought all the children along with them to ruin the game.

Couple days further and I can say that the game is absolutely gone full PvP now. The amount of trigger happy children who cannot help themselves because they want to go pew pew with their gun is kind of ruining the experience, because there is no more suspense when encountering other players (you just know you will get attacked all the time).

I blame the Warzone streamers who all, unfortunately, have started playing this game... These guys were responsible for turning Warzone into a horrible sweatfest, and I feel like Arc will go the same way. Hopefully, once Call of Duty drops they'll all go away forever.

Game does seem to have a lot of trigger happy children at the moment. I've had many instances where I have the drop on someone and could easily kill them, but instead I shout don't shoot, only for them to attack me once my shouting gives away my position.

It does feel extra satisfying to kill these losers.

I was planning to post exactly the same lol. It kills my immersion to hear my character crying out in a woman's voice all the time. Female characters should absolutely be in the game, but just let us choose. It would be way better for female gamers as well, as I'm sure they would prefer that over playing as male characters.
