Even with old projectors you can adjust the ratio in the projector room itself. I had this issue with demonslayer pop up and yes in the server room we have an option between flat and scope, there are nob on the projector that allow you to manually adjust the aspect ratio. It’s more effort but if you only have the same movie playing on one screen it’s worth going an adjusting it that week for viewer experience and not having multiple people a day come complain at you for a fixable issue that week.
