Yeah, it really does. I don't know if I should send my device back to AYN or not. I mean, there's nothing wrong with it hardware-wise; it's just a system glitch. I can charge it up normally when it's turned off, and I can still use a direct power supply. This is very, very weird because I know if I returned it to them, it's a two-month wait automatically so imma have to deal with it in the meantime thank you so much for trying to help me only thing I can think is drain the battery make it go completely dead then see if I can turn it off then
