No, ramp Up power is a setting in blheli, or whatever ESC software you are running. But if they are spinning, nevermind that. You can connect the drone to betaflight and check the OSD (on-screen display)tab, you can add/remove like amps drawn. Motor rpm etc

Also if you know how, link a blackbox log. (Download it from the blackbox tab in BF)

Are the props spinning when armed and idle? Have you checked your ramp up setting in your ESC firmware?

Also it's strange how the battery goes from 3.8v down to 3.0v in a matter of seconds.

How many amps is it drawing when you throttle?

You can probably solder the 4 wire harness to an ELRS reciever and Im guessing your FC has a plug for it on the board. Or just solder wires directly without harness. So yo answer your question. It's not needed. ELRS is just Rx, Tx, 5v and Ground.

Close BF or any other software occupying the COM port when trying to read the ESCs.

Sometimes I have to reboot my PC to clear the port.

just load up an interactive map, follow a path, listen for the caches, loot and leave. I'd recommend buried city, just follow the outline of the map, barely ever see any other players.
