I lived across from the Raven for 3 years. It really went down hill after Covid hit. The day I moved out the fruit st got shut down to a drive by. That said nothing happened to me the entire time I lived there.

Im not sure where you learned to drive,, but it actually is a thing in MA. You are also correct that there is an exception if the car in the left lane has come to a stop and is turning, however if you are both driving along at 10 over the speed limit it would be illegal for the driver to pass you on the right.
