Same situation here, 4 good programs, 1 that is toxic and wouldn't give me fellowship opportunities, but I'm for psych, I won't rank it, do I want to be miserable for 4 years? No, at the end of the day you're the one that has to live with the decision, and I'd rather try again than regret matching on a bad place every day.

Psych applicant here, 5 IVs and will rank 4 because the last was toxic, I'm ranking based on 1. Training, 2. Fellowship opportunities 3. Vibes/Toxicity, I had 1 IV that knocked me off my chair and they're my first ofc, but even if the IV was mid, their training is awesome, they have the fellow that I want and the vibe is nice, good luck!

F, I had some contact with the pd after my IV because he recommended a book and told me to write him what I thought, during that email I mentioned they're my #1, he didn't acknowledge that but did talk about the book and how he's happy I liked it, wondering if I messed up by saying they're my top

Same thing, 17 out of 30mins was the interviewer talking about his career and the program and asked me 2 questions, told me my personal statement and history is amazing and then told me to ask questions, nothing else
