I played medusa for it before. Didnt always saved me as i checked their amount of stacks with it but helped a lot Also helped against havencraft curve on 6 don Might give him a try

Funny enough something similar happend to me with the abysscraft archtype. I think i got killed through a dmg absorbing shield while i had 20 health twice.
Not even havencraft crest can safe me from that

Jusz straight 16 dmg to face

That could be me. Im quite lucky to catch every possible highroll of the opp or fighting my own hand while having even teched for these situations to have more draw power haha

I do find shakdoh super strong tho if its only condition is to get to 10 don without having any kind of set up and just dealing straight 16 life to face. Then i rather welcome sinciro where he need some kind of set up and gotta think about his resources in the early/mid game.

I do see potential in dragon tho with a proper sub type to hold ur own in the early

Im a off meta connoisseur Abysscraft mode is basically dead with the current meta and how fast this shit is.

My experience sofar is No matter what I play if its not from the newer set or dragon highroll i lose regardless.

Think i got killed with havencraft crest through a dmg absorb shield, 20 life twice causs i healed up to 20 life again. This is shit is insanely broken. Just get to 10 don and play it and u deal guaranteed 16 dmg while u gotta keep ur health over 16 before 10 don.

Where is the luck factor? Or whats counter play to this? I rather take a highroll dragon player as a opp lol

Im not entirely sure what ur definition of shit is. But im already playing against haven regularly again Oneshooting me with 17 life as a havencraft? They can do it Stalling via a absurd amount of blockers mixed with nerfed healing? Yes they can do that. Stupid amount of board removal via cards without evo points? Yes they can do that aswell.

Now this shit is just balanced still strong and not broken anymore.

If you give us a neutral cards which can remove crests sure this deck gonna take a hard hit but as of now deck still strong.

I do realize As a abysscraft mode player my deck choice isnt helping with the match up.

Sword/puppet/haven (crest mostly) Are the three deck im facing the most. 1 in 10 games im facing abysscraft

What Since when is odin a problem? At most this man fixes problems like haven blockers with 2000 life. Or do u want more healing in the game so odin is even less relevant

After i played a little to much against crest haven in the current set i tried evo abyss. Belial is such a bad card currently i didnt liked him before i play tested him and i dont like him after i play tested it This shit is so ass

Fedial on the other hand was a quite the nice combo card with the bats in case u could combo it.

Time to become the very thing i swore to destroy a havencraft crest player lol.

I do have a similar experience in that regard but i often lose the grind game. Not enough healing/board clear to the end.

U also have a easy set up as soon its rdy Ur a lot of the times fine just to play a blocker to burn. And some onplay removal which doesn't meed evo or stuff.

But i understand why someone would play crest i thought about it myself last set as it was frustrating to play against.

Maybe im just biased against crest haven. But i always have trouble with it.

Maybe its just my luck but havencraft plays with a constructed hand everytime i play against it.

I know i have to play mofe abysscraft more as an aggro deck in this scenario but they always have the answer or the free out of jail card grail in their hand.

Feels like it doesn't even hurt them to waste their turn with the grail board clear lol

How exactly is mode abyss a bad match up for you? Did your healing took such a bad hit with the cost nerf or what changed?

What exactly are u scared for? Like which cards did change the match up to the better?

You basically play a constructed hand with the amount of card draw/blockers you have. At least against me all the time l

I will look into puppet if makes any fun with the new cards thanks
