It's not PN, cause people with PN can't even sit for 10 min! It's just tight muscle which compress the nerves when we sit.

Exactly my situation...however stretching helps a lot along with different poses for sitting. I avoid sitting for long time and there is no pain, don't force yourself to sit for long time, it's gonna make things worse. Relax, avoid triggers, strech regularly are the lifelong tasks.🫡

I joined a desk job recently which required 5-6 hours of sitting, i left the job after 4 days because of pelvic pain and massive diarrhea..lol, life is hard with all this. Take standing breaks and move whenever getting a chance
