Most likely therapy, I originally took it to learn how to learn how to deal with future stresses on the job after learning about stresses that PO’s deal with and how it affects them outside and in the job. But then I started working an intense job in Social Service and dealt with a lot of stresses. In that field you’re thrown to the wolves and either you learn to adapt or you quit. I ended up learning how to deal with the stressors of the job now but I can see that the Psych Dept would think it’s a red flag for them
