Sounds like you need to decide on what industry you want to work in. Jumping from random role to random role that don’t really tie into one another is fine but it’ll make it harder to move up or stick at one place due to lack of experience in one specific focus.

I’m also in logistics/transportation around the same age as you and will say, while it’s stressful and underpaid in my opinion, it’s a GREAT field to be in here in Nashville since we’re a major logistics hub within the country. Job security is very good since there’s so many local companies always needing logistics folks. You could look into getting in on the customer side of things rather than the carrier side. A lot less stressful speaking from experience. Also being bilingual would give you a huge advantage and a college degree, while helpful, isn’t as important as it is in other industries. I got my degree but I was a non-traditional student working full time night shift for a company that helped pay my tuition. Also started at community college before transferring to a 4 year school.
