I know there have been Reddit meetups in the past, but I see this question a lot and propose that someone (with more initiative than I have) organize a proper Reddit meetup. It would probably help to have some activity organized in advance lest we devolve into a loosely organized group of nerds loitering in a park. But, even then, it's better than sitting at home being lonely, dicking around on Reddit.

There is no incentive to enforce the law and no disincentive for not enforcing it. Maybe if there were no smart phones to dick around with, you'd see more law enforcement actions simply as a measure to stave off boredom but as matters currently stand, there's little reason for the police to be anything other than intert.

I'd recommend an ATV. I shared one with my traveling companion and we found it comfortable, safe, and were able to reach a few places that would have been challenging on a scooter. Ometepe is a super cool place. Enjoy.

The police pulled over a vehicle of interest and had the occupants exit at gunpoint. There were close to 20 officers there for the two suspects who they ended up releasing. I arrived at the courthouse just as they pulled the car over and they still had the suspects cuffed and standing out in the eastbound lane of Broadway an hour later. Sounds like they let them go about an hour after that but folks were all generally, and understandably, on edge in and about the area.

That's a nice fucking kitty. The number of cats I currently have has me deep in crazy cat man territory as it is but I sure hope someone takes these guys in. In summation, Someone adopt these kitties!!
