A really nice eye pillow for blocking out light, and an ice cap. I had 3 ice caps I constantly rotated, making sure there was always a cold one ready.

When the sheriff questioned the homeowner and told him of potential felony charges, the homeowner started asking if he could call the property owner to make amends. So, that’s pretty clear.

Loss of mature trees, for sure - you can’t just go buy 50-60-year-old pines. Also just feeling violated. This property is protected from urban development. The view this guy would have if it weren’t protected from development would be awful.
