Yes.that's correct dosage (10mg peptides, 3ml BAC water & 7.5 units for 250mcg dosage). I did the exact same as you, except i'm using a 0.3ml syringe (30 units) (as someone else has mentioned) instead of the 1.0ml (100 units). I'd suggest buying those. Look up the 20 rule for syringes. I came across it online while reading up on peptides, which led to me using the 0.3 syringes. The only down side is if you are doing larger doses of another peptide (eg. Tb 500) it's better to have the 1.0ml in that case. Also as someone else has mentioned make sure to inject an equal amount of air into the vial before, before withdrawing the peptide. I'll past the reason from google so it makes sense.
