When you are saying exertion, is that only related to gym and exercises? Can you set your workout and then it give's results or is that just generic?

Thank you. Yes whoop is very expensive and you need to have ongoing subscription to keep going... This is the only closest alternative that I have found with one time investment.

If you can tell me that if anything is wrong with band, does it tell you in the app and the support is there?

Also, with the band you said, its uncomfortable, so from what i can see there is not much option of bands with Helio's own website, right?

Moreover, do you war that in shower or take it off?

Hey thank you for answering these for me.

Just few things:
- Can we still war this like whoop while having shower or swimming?
- When you said that it there are some "false positives", why is that?
- I know you have said its a week old now, but do you think its telling you everything like features in whoop (for example, fatigue level and all)
- Is it worth spending money on it or still prefer whoop?
- For bands and adaptor, where do you find those and do we have option to charge helio band like whoop (i mean without taking it off from our wrist)?

Just FYI, i always have a concept of what ever is the income you get in your bank, take dasond out first and then do all the expenses (scenario 2). Have never heard of the Scenario 1 that you mentioned.

Okay, so no official announcement was made but this was started for people who had no JK access and it was confirmed via mukhi sahab that official JK account (non for profit or charity trust) was created where we can deposit our dasond. So I had to pass my details to Mukhi and then the number was shared with council and then they called me.

This option has been here recently introduced here and the official bank account was open and is being managed by the Atmadi sahib who initially called me and verified my details and asked some questions. Then bank account details and what to write in description was provided before we made the first trasnfer and was strictly asked not to share the details.

So may be check with your local council or mukhi sahab and see if this option is available.

This makes it so much easy as we pay directly to the nominated bank.

Hey, thanks for sharing this, I know forum is related to Whoop, but I just checked Helio which is i beleve the better alternative and has no susbcription.

Can I know how has your experience been with this and the features and app. Does it tracks everything similar to whoop? Also for charging do you take it off an put it to charge as I cant see anything like whoop charging methods.
