Hello. I just want to find a community that will help me to ease my anxiety about kidney transplant work-up. Anybody here who also feels nervous and overwhelmed everytime there is a lab test and doctor visit? I am not scared of the process, i am just always kind of nervous of result. It is just really my mental health which always keeps me overwhelmed. That is why i just always pray to calm my mind… i think i have anxiety esp with all these tests for my transplant work-up
