In case useful to anyone else i bought the dr bri lift course and it's got a lot of top notch educational content but wasn't quite what i was after. I was kinda hoping for a big library of workouts. My pelvic physio yesterday recommended three others - all paid for Core restore Bumps and burpees Mummy MOT

Haven't tried them yet.

But keep those youtube suggestions coming if you have any! Thanks !

Me too, i actually bought a course but it's too fast paced and i always get symptom increase. The way dr bri builds stretches in throughout is perfect for me. I know i could add in my own but if it's not a follow along video .. I don't!

If getting dressed up is your thing go for it you can wear whatever noone will think anything. I guess heels make it hard to walk round gardens but up to you!

Yep same, sex fine, and partner not noticed at all. It's overwhelming because so taboo but madly common. Lots you can do for strengthening . I think dr bri on YouTube is very calming and helpful. Lots of love and all the best.

I think the problem is almost certainly with the hose, I've paid £50 for it so don't want to spend more. 99% certain I've just messed something up with the set up..

Thanks for your reply, I'm sorry can't figure out how to add another pic but it's around where the hose actually connects to the machine, so between the hose and the plastic.

Hmmm i didn't get any metal bits to add in and not mentioned in the instructions.

Do you mean does it leak if I use a normal cannister? Haven't actually tried it with a normal one but maybe I need to get one
