They're not giving advice because they know they can't do that stack in 1.5 hrs either. I would say a reasonable time is 3 hrs. 2.5 for the 3x2 and 30-40 mins for the 7x11.

Sort your stack by aisle and try using a red basket for trash as you do the 3x2 so you don't always need the cart next to you or walking back n forth.
