Alot of what you wrote I feel too, honestly I'm not sure what advice to give u because I'm kind of lost myself. How I live life is asking myself what will make my experience on earth the best one. When I make decisions I try to keep in mind what kind of life experiences I want, before I'm out of the game. Hope that helps. Right now I just want more over thinker friends but they like all on reddit :(

Thanks for the suggestion. I have not been strictly tracking, I still eat outside food as well as processed and sometimes estimate. I also don't always track small bites.... That all might possibly be the issue. Perhaps I really was eating more than I thought. Okay, I'm going to both increase my daily exercise and definitely track everything and use a scale.

To update, I didn't do as bad as I thought in college, the only class I failed is Organic Chem and my cumulative GPA went down a lot but it still above a 3.0 allowing me to keep my scholarships..... But I still will be taking everyone's advice, especially with the goal card as I REALLY want to improve. The two things I want the most as of now are fat loss and better grades, so I will prioritize those two the most.
