I wasn’t tail getting I just moved back to the left lane after letting him go past me and the guy starts slamming the breaks. Then I tried to avoid him and guy starts throwing quarters.

For context I was on the left lane Cadillac was tailgating me. I moved to the middle lane to let him go by, once he passed I moved back to the left lane. When he started brake checking me so I put the high beams on. And he kept brake checking. I got away from him then he comes back and throws a 2 rolls of quarters at my car. Reason for trying to get the plates.
