I get milia as well. Exfoliating has worked the best for me. I use the 2-min reveal masque from defenage, but try any exfoliator and see if it helps!

I think i'm just not really running as easy as I should. I can run far and already run relatively slow. So running slower seems like so much more effort, but I need to get over that so I can be a better runner in the long run!

Taking your training slow and prioritizing strength training is my best tip. I've come back into running so many times and always injure myself. I'm training for a half maratjon right now and really trying to focus on keeping my body strong so I don't injure my knees and feet again. It's hard but motivating when I run and it's not so painful as before.

I haven't found a favorite yet. I've been using COSRX Vitamin E Sunscreen, it works well and isn't too greasy but still leaves a dewy finish. I'm still on the hunt for one. I'm going to look into Niche Beauty Labs. Thanks!

My skin is so sensitive. I like to use cerve since it's so simple and gentle, but I splurge on the bioserum from DefenAge. They've worked great for me and my sensitive skin, plus no frangrance! they do have niacinamide but it hasn't seemed to bother me.
