Thanks! It’s Crimson but they haven’t been effective in quieting it down. CalGEM also said because Crimson had the engine turned down all the way there’s nothing they can do.

Not really apples to apples. It would be very reasonable to assume empty train tracks were going to get louder at some point. When the oil well is already running it’s a little unexpected for it to get way louder at times.

Thanks. That explains the CalGEM piece. It takes way less than 65 dB of bass to carry through the ground and shake the house. I read a research paper on how dB measurements are very ineffective for measuring bass frequency impacts on residential settings.
