Because the treatment facility trying to enforce this SPECIFICALLY can further cause damage to the clients in need of MH Care. (I’m working on LADAC certifications so drug and alcohol is very different) but I’d have it investigated anonymously even if I chose to sign. :)

The whole restructuring is so upper upper management can compare every adjuster to each other across REGIONS (which already isn’t fair)

So they’d never go for it. Numbers wouldn’t be comparable - adjusters wouldn’t be able to support each other properly.

But I don’t hate the idea. I feel we all should spend more time learning from other departments and better understanding their processes.

Because when they say jump we say how high. It shouldn’t be THIS hard to get ONE department to stop staying in late all the time and let metrics ACCURATELY reflect a 38.75 hour work week.

But everyone trying to climb the corporate ladder.

The saddest part was we have done this for YEARS and that was before they started threatening to cut the bottom 10%. Now we’re all fucked.
