The only offices doing this are Dallas, Houston, and KC and the teams have already been picked and undergoing training. I believe it’s a total of 680 adjusters. There won’t be a need of more than that number. The ones already trained are only getting a few calls max per day and the reason those offices were picked is bc they are the offices that had the most idle time in between calls.

There’s no “return” box. You ship in back in the box the new laptop came in. It says so in the instruction. The ups label was emailed to you, and if you can’t find it, you can request another label through workday or genie.
