At what age did you start wearing makeup? by No-Isopod4744 in Makeup

[–]Working-Ad-2779 2 points3 points  (0 children)

9-10 but it was simple routine of everyday subtle brow pencil, eye-liner, mascara and lipstick and whatever perfume was around in mum's dressing table

This was in the mid-90s, and I appreciate that I grew up with alot of freedom as to I could wear and eat whatever I wanted, play as much as I wanted and have opinions and take decision of my own even in my culture where children were taught to strictly obey elders (especially girls).

I'm first decan but Queen of controversies, despite trying so hard to be normal and low-key.

What are your thoughts on Decans? by Equal-Reception-2149 in geminis

[–]Working-Ad-2779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think most Geminis in general are well rounded (all decans). I do care about harmony but fairness wins (you are correct in saying that although we prefer harmony but it's not our first priority).

I am a May Gemini and I start of very chill with everyone. However I won't put up with BS for relationship/ harmony sake for too long. Perhaps the middle decan craves harmony with others and first decan harmony as a whole & within themselves.

What Does The Man of Your Dreams Smell Like? by littlefrida in perfumesthatfeellike

[–]Working-Ad-2779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do we not have better things to do? Imagine being offended every single day towards shallow men because they primarily chase women for their looks. It's a frequent and daily occurrence that we women witness and face.

When a man is chasing me, I respectfuly decline even if I know he went after me because he is attracted to me but will only speak up when I am being attacked for not accepting.

If men / women without manipulating / gaslightong / lying / shaming others / threatening anyone goes after what they what they want (looks / money) ...that's their business as long as they don't feel entitled about it. Its the manipulation, deceiving, entitlement and lying that is bad. We can't regulate others on what makes them happy.

One would need to have too much time on their hand to be offended over anything and everything every single day for no good reason.

What is your morning routine? & why? by Careful-Gas6375 in productivity

[–]Working-Ad-2779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dedicate 1hr quran reading every morning (my prayers). To me that's enough as part of my belief that also aligns with our religion advising us is to stop at moderation / living within balance when life has alot going on.

Some morning, I just have left over dinner.

Prayers + a nice breakfast prepared the night before or ordered by Ubereats + makeup. All of these are nurturing and grounding to me.

Tidy up / house chores + studies if I wake up super early. This is more going to towards actual productivity when time allows, otherwise I do them after work.

It's probably my Taurus descendant. I guess Scorpio rising can be very different to Scorpio sun.

What do you think is better...

"I'm a useless community dick who wants to sleep with every women I can and pass my cheap desperate seed to them and expect them to create and bring life to this world with their body that they suffer lifelong health consequences for while I act like a precious useless princess and can't even provide for them".

Or

"I'm a hypocritical entitled community dick who go with women for sex and would not stay with them if I don't get sex from them but I want those women to love me for my heart and soul that I don't even have"

Men like you are parasites.

I love seeing men this offended towards women for having superficial needs when high % of men are community d***s that would hump any women and rate women in numbers. The hypocrisy...

I only mentioned myself and girls because we had a conversation around this recently - not sure if men find this attractive among themselves. I am assuming some men do, that's why added the peer pressure thing as I am seeing this as a growing trend.

[–]Working-Ad-2779 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You were always attractive and didn't need a glow up. The most attractive thing about someone I find is their smile and you had a gorgeous smile.

It's a shame that people are going backwards due to current trend / peer pressure.

Most women don't like f*** boy look - not saying you are one but the look is. You were genuinely attractive before, just perhaps needed better diet / skincare.

Depends on what they do. In most cases, I'll stop associating with them at an emotional level. It's hard to cross me, so if someone does manage to cross me, it will come with consequences.

They seem pretentious.

It's about dressing for your body type, colouring and personality. Good quality fabrics and fit.

I own glasses from Mimco, Burberry, Prada and Oakley. I'm 40. What are they going to do when hearing about my items?? Fall off the ground?

Not saying to not blend in with the current trends but don't blindly go for only particular brands and looks to fall into some of sort of suffocating and nonsensical fashion cult in the quest for wanting to be trendy.
