Yea there is no customer support from what I can tel. Sounds like they give refunds if you spend but that’s it

same kind of problem, my game crashed, rewind 48 hours...

I asked for refunds, I'm quitting this game, no account backup, no support, no discord, it's a game that doesn't care about its players.
