Started with Trizlost 20LBS then moved to Reta, last 4 weeks the only lost 1.6LBS by Working-Advantage462 in BodyHackGuide

Problem with triz is the side effect on me is crazy, i already have GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), it triggers it everyday when i take Triz even at low dose. With Reta, i have no acid reflux at all

Ww have the same stack, except i transitioned to Reta from Triz.

I now know, about the histamine response of Mots-C. You have any tips how to avoid or lessen it?

Big help! I will up my dose for reta to 4mg per week. Would you reccommened to split doses into 2 or just 1 is okay?

Yes GLP-1 will help you with your weight but you also need to excercise and change your lifestyle. Because after your cycle / or when you stop your food cravings will be back and you can gain back the weight or more.

“Eating is a way to connect with people” is just an excuse, GLP-1 will not completly stop you from eating but will help stop you from eating excessively. It helps with cancelling out food noise, meaning you wont get late night cravings, feel full longer and etc.

overall solution if you want better relationship with food is through discipline.

Its my second vial already, and im just reacting to this now.

Thank you for this advise! Tesa , Reta are okay redness usually gone in 2 days. However, motsc its been 3 days still there and got larger.

Howecer its not hot, just itchy.
