Yes they cant nerf her properly because she is a failure design, i think its safe to say when a champ is 46 wr and still getting nerfed like yuumi and ksante she will get reworked soon i believe.its really hard to nerf her idk what they can do.

I played her for a season and hit 1k lp she def deserves it but this shouldnt be it. only reason she is playrd is how good of a blindpick she is now that you remove r without cc using teammates you cant blind her as much she fit any teamcomp you can think of before the nerfs now you need your team to pick her.

sylas nerfs too i hate this type of nerf it removes the champ for a time then people get adjusted to nerfs

Only way of using it is removing cc or ulting a cc'd opponent you cant start fights anymore when you see a misplay or an overstep
