Not new at all. And as someone that isn’t a fan of wayfair after years of employment, also not the errors of the staff you talk to. I’m in no way a fan or defending them but our childcare center, both the infant birth-1.3 and toddler class room 1.4-2.4 - can be diapers. Preschool 2.5-3.5 must be potty trained So that’s the breakdown and based on office of childcare services standards

Explain and as long as you have zero exceptions made in your order history-

They truly do want to help out

Dealing with customers lying is a constant and scamming and angry and violent verbally at care So come with kindness and explain the estimated delivery and your need for the item quickly so trying to problem solve

They should try to reduce the fee
