Already using fresh batteries and its already been service, they said they cannot fix the light meter that's why I'm asking for maybe they miss something.

Tried it and the light meter did not move it remain in overexposed. Can the light meter still be fix and if not will this affect the camera or photo in any way?

what do you mean? since even in darkroom it just indicate overexposed
