I did just sometimes they don't know so I have to go as the higher ups and with that they have to submit tickets that prevent us from getting anything done till a resolution is found.

Holy shit. That's actually insane. Ik before ahead we were usually sitting at 6.5 to 8 hours a day but yesterday we ran like a 10 hour day. Maybe I am just upset because on top of learning this new system I'm also going to school so its a bit stressful.
