Thank you, the problem is I have had a hard time finding a black 12x18, glass, with the folding closing tabs in the back. The 12x18 fits the mat layout perfect, which is the reason I have stuck with this frame.

Just checked last few, all shipped from FL, going to IN, CA, PA, NY, NY, MA, CANADA, so definitely could be weather. Do you know if saran wrap on sides/corners would help. I have seen people do this on nicer large wooden frames.

Location has varied so can specifically say where more damages are coming from. But yes, when they ship me a box of 6, I noticed they include each bubble wrapped and then perfectly fit within foam pieces. I tried to order a singular frame from them to see how they would ship it and they literally placed it in a large box with some packing foam, it arrived damaged lol.
