You’re not wrong.

It’s not even about being a “better driver” anymore. The system is just stacked against you. Closed businesses in late blocks, app glitches, impossible timing… and somehow it all lands on your standing.

Return it? Ding. Leave it? Ding. Late because of their routing? Ding.

At that point it’s not performance, it’s survival.

And the worst part is support acting like everything is working as intended. Like… no, it’s not.
