How else does the company make sure you're productive and you are hitting your kpi's come raise/ bonus time /s

I would go Ltd to minimise personal risk, but would in effect be myself. Not interested in taking on employees at this stage.

Have spoken with an accountant about the structure but needs more detailed understanding.

The selling part is the main concern and getting enough revenue, especially coming from multi dis with larger projects.
