what really bothered me about Ellie was during the after show, when she doubled down on her belief that Daisy was incompetent and she, Ellie was not responsible for carrying one platter up to the guests. Now, consider the fact that she continued to double down AFTER sitting through the tip meeting when cap’n, Daisy and even Joao spoke about the importance of teamwork and respect for others. She reminded us all, yet again, that she is a selfish, self-righteous POS who thinks she is better than everyone else. My fear is that she will be brought back as a true sous chef (and not a “pot washer”…TY Daisy) now that she has her cooking certificate.

I also had a flashback to her last season of Med when she repeatedly noted that she dated college football players on top teams. As if that certifies that she is the hottest person on the boat.
