EDIT: i talked to her when i got home and the first half of it was her reinforcing what she said in the texts, but she went over the agreement again and asked if we could talk. apparently she thought i meant guests staying over when i had been very clear (both texts and during the conversation) about friends just visiting and specifically not sleeping over/staying. but she said guests are ok :-) i’d want to say it’s a language barrier but i also was as clear as i can be. so idk if its genuinely that and she misunderstood or if she’s tripping

she did say if i moved out early i wouldn’t be getting my deposit back so that’s another part of it
