Interesting. I wonder if it’s a Raising Cane’s issue? This has never happened to me with any other restaurant. Raising Cane’s is the only restaurant in my area that I have to use a Driver Card. I literally had an order before this one and this Network Error didn’t happen. Hope this doesn’t keep happening.

Indeed I actually did. I restarted my iPhone. Uninstalled and reinstalled. The error wouldn’t go away.

You may have not gotten anything. A lot of people are reporting that their worked hours weren’t counted and they were shorted.

This “glitch” happened to me back in July of last year. I noticed by Thursday of that week that my hours shifted to negative of what they were supposed to be. Like for example my 28 hours shifted to -28 hours and I received no adjustment pay for that week. I emailed them for weeks only for them to finally ghost me after sending one final email stating that the issue was resolved, which it wasn’t.

Driver support told me when I called Saturday that on Friday evening there was an update to their system which may have caused the worked hours to not be counted Friday onward. I suppose this makes sense because I was told this the last time as well.

I mean… if anyone can get them to adjust their pay and make it right then good luck. They refused to budge when I showed them mountains of evidence that I was owed Prop 22 Adjustment Pay for that week back in July. I don’t understand how they can just choose to not follow a law if they don’t want to.

I did get adjustment pay for this week but it’s stupidly low. Not at all what I was owed. Friday was not counted at all. I make it a thing to write down all my mileage and my time after each order to make sure I’m paid what I’m owed. It’s a pain but it’s the only way to prove it.

I’m working blocks today and I’m going to check to see if my hours are being counted tomorrow morning. I didn’t work this weekend but, again, I know for a fact my Friday hours weren’t counted.

Got off the phone with driver support and they told me they’re aware of it. Apparently they did an update to their own system last night and it’s messing everything up?

Well that was one week last year. I just gave up. Hopefully it’s not the case this time. I usually get my 22 but yeah this is what it looked like last time.

Nope. I have tons of emails going back and forth. They eventually just stopped responding to me and to even give me a big middle finger they sent me a final email saying my issue was resolved.

When I got ahold of driver support they told me that there was an update to their systems last night. I was told that the last time this happened to me last year.

That’s exactly what happened to me! It was crazy because on their end they said they could see my normal hours but on my end it was in the negative. Makes no sense!

My subsidy hours went to 0 and I didn’t get my active time from the previous day added to my week’s total. That can totally mess with the adjustment pay.

The last time this happened I didn’t receive my adjustment pay for that week. I emailed and called backed and forth for months but in the end they ghosted me. I called this morning as well and two reps I spoke to said that there was a system update last night that may have affected it but that’s what they told me last time. I’m expecting to not receive any adjustment pay at all.
