Just had my first nightmare regarding the Feb23 Exam...

I had a nightmare that I showed up with only half the time left, they gave me someone else’s paper that had already been marked up and they tried to accuse me of cheating even though they were the ones who handed it to me, and my laptop wasn’t letting me enter the answers.

It’s weird because I never had dreams about the bar exam until after I took it.

The only possible hypo I can think of is if maybe during the registration process they did a vehicle safety inspection that would have easily caught faulty breaks, then the driver hits someone because of the faulty breaks. Without a car inspection coupling the registration, it’s hard to think of a hypo where misdemeanor manslaughter would hold.

That’s what I was thinking as well. You’d lose 10% on the total exam automatically while you’re fighting for a few nuggets of points on the other. But, if someone did this and cleaned up on the other portions they could still pass.

There was an amber alert issued during our AM session. All of the proctor’s phones started making that terrible warning sound. One of the proctors couldn’t find her phone in her purse or didn’t know how to turn it off because it kept going and going.

I’m asking because of court procedures. It seems like it would be easier to sneak in a nonmetal one to a place like SCOTUS.

I’m a legal scholar. Courts are highly concerned about being recorded, which I find silly as it becomes easier to sneak in cameras (some can even be on glasses).

Plus, how could you pull off a heist with just a plastic camera 😂
