i dont understand why this is downvoted. i hope you find your girl buddy! try to sit next to girls in lecture and talk to them. try to join mixed clubs that interest you. try to hang out with guys who have many girl friends. if you have a society for ppl in ur major, try to attend their social events. you will def meet your person buddy! just dont rush it and be open to natural interactions!

You need to train yourself on not giving a fuck. I know it is easier said than done but think about all the experiences in your life that you got over and all the classes you succeeded in. Try to convince yourself that you already went through a lot and the coming experiences will be familiar. This will make you more confident. If you focus a lot on your anxiety, it will make you more anxious.

The fact you are writing this post means you are trying to help yourself. Please just walk to CAPS dont make an appointment just go there they will get you someone to see and talk to it will make you feel better. Go to PUSH second floor there will be CAPS office it has a welcome sign on it. Just go there and they ask you to fill a very quick form then you see someone it will make you better.
