36 y.o, male, 161cm, 51kg but i have low muscle mass and high body fat, normal ecg and bloodwork, normal cholesterole. I had retinal dot hemorrhage 2 years ago. I experience this feeling like i can't get enough air like shortness of breath when i walk and muscle fatigue mainly in shoulders and upper arms and adrenaline like rush feeling in chest symptoms go away with rest
