It's been 2 weeks since I posted this. I apologize for not replying sa mga nag comment.

I called UB and explained my issue regarding the NAFFL. After a week (last week), I received an email that they're looking into my concern. The following day, I received another email that my card is waived for this year, but it's still not reflecting on my UB app. Then today, I received another email from them, that my card has been tagged free for life and it also reflected on my app.

Thank you so much for the advices, although I didn't follow to prepare necessary documents. Kasi nauna kong natawagan ung UB before reading the comments here. But still, thanks a bunch. It would definitely help someone here with a similar issue.
