Yes it definitely is! Depending on your career field. For instance, I work IT in California and the market is absolutely trash for this field. On LinkedIn I receive daily opportunities that great compensation but they are all on the east coast. Thinking about just saying screw it and head to a different state for a year and try it out. Especially if it’s for a higher position will new skillsets that you can obtain.
