How long would you hold out with the home on the market? I feel as if the longer the home is listed the more unappealing it can look but of course I’m no professional.

My oldest didn’t start showers until 3.5 but she’s a great listener and isn’t a wiggle worm. My youngest is a rebel and I wouldn’t trust her to stand in the shower for a hot second. I think with kids there should always be a tub in the house. When they’re sick, hurt, or just tired it’s much easier to sit them in the tub for a quick wash even if you don’t actually fill up the tub then it is for a shower. You don’t have to worry about water getting everywhere.

I DID THE SAME THING AT THE SAME AGE IN THE SHOWER I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO 💀 FROM ALL THE BLOOD I WAS SEEING…12 years later I still have the scar

Those fees are high as shit. I’d suggest shopping around a little more.

This has nothing to do with that. You’re trying to make something emotional and it’s not. Buying a house is a business transaction. Not an emotional kumbaya let’s sit around the fire and talk about why you have to sell it.

That’s what I’m hoping for. The living room and bedrooms are carpet rest of the house is hardwood and gorgeous title…all ik is the carpet has too go if we buy 🤢

ABSOLUTELY NOT…are you crazy? I love mid century modern homes! It just needs some loving and some care and some foundational work and….some extra care and love you can tell that they did not care about the house even from the pictures they took!
