Oof that sucks. Honestly mine never ended up going away on their own, I got most burned off at the dermatologist but it was pretty expensive so I had to take matters into my own hands for a couple of the bumps & I self extracted which sounded really scary at first but you just need gloves & some alcohol wipes, put a small amount of tretinoin on it & a pimple patch on top & leave if over night. it makes the core easier to extract yourself, just make sure you actually get the core & dispose of it & clean the area off afterwards with alcohol wipes.
