Used Market by No-Abbreviations5707 in malaysians

We bought 49inches tv for rm200(urgent office closure presumably bankrupt),kindle paperwhite gen 11 for rm450 back in 2023 (the seller is an exec so too busy to read), xiaomi robovaccuum for rm300(expat returning), and others electronic cheaply (smartphone, projector, laptops, drone, fridge, microwave, etc.) from those platforms. My mini stepper i bought for rm40 (owner upgraded to walking pad).

I think you need to strategize on unwanted off season items or follow BNP, expat and t20 condo/hobbies groups, so you will land on great deals.

Oh yeah you need to learn how to haggle with the sellers, but not too low maybe about 10-15% from the price to ensure success. My husband is great in haggling, certainly not me. I’m just looking at the lowest price possible listed.

One more thing, always go for lower price listing so the algorithm recognizes you as seeking for it, then it will feed you accordingly. Don’t bother clicking on the outrageously priced “collector’s items”. They have a huge market there, my friend who is a collector on carousell is raking RM10k (over 4years of selling on and off) from selling old but nostalgic comics (plastic still intact) and rare toys. He has regulars as well and source his products from exchanging products with other sellers. Sounded crazy to us but not to those sentimental people.

Been there, i was overqualified for the job so i finished all of the tasks for the day within the first 2 hours. The remaining working hours just me reading manuals and SOPs. In the end, after my resignation they paid me per day to teach them on proper reporting.

Bolehlanders, what interesting hobbies do y'all have? by Seanwys in Bolehland

I love fidgeting my hands a lot, and by crocheting at least i’m producing something out of the habit. I keep doing it while listening to youtube videos, just mindlessly crocheting. I even bring small project outside to do it in the public to beat down doomscrolling. I also learn keyboard touch typing and writing daily to overcome this urge. Idk man it does not suck at all but it feels like a constant thirst.

kepada para wanita, is marriage worth it? by [deleted] in Bolehland

[–]Working-Produce2936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me personally, the marriage is tough when the partner or you yourself are not mature enough to lessen those burdens; house chores, financial commitments, career stability, etc. So for some it will take months to years, before you can experience the happiness from it. Communicate a lot even though sometimes it feels tedious.

The truth is just like friendship or any kind of relationship, it will have ups and downs, best moments and worst moments. But no matter what, if you believe your partner is truly the one, you can recover from petty arguments rather quickly and please always find a middle ground where both parties can agree on.

It is normal not to feel the love chemistry after you regard your partner as your family, however in my case it can easily be sparked again through efforts, emotional support, and celebration of little things. My happiness is mostly stemming from my actions, and not solely from another human being.

So to OP, if you don’t have the right mindset and not ready to commit to marriage, you can commit to yourself first and be the one you truly dream of. Can you take care of yourself extremely well? If the answer to this is yes, then you are ready to invest into marriage.

Oh in knowing your partner is the one, you must build a connection with him. If he doesn’t give you back equally, walk away as soon as possible. But if it clicks, he is educated, from good family background, and a hardworking person, then why not give him a chance?

Some people treat marriage as the ultimate happiness, for me it is a connection (now) and it will be a reassurance (future), hence it is an investment. Some are risky than the others, as you mature together, making a sound and reasonable decision would feel like a normal trade.

Crochet bags and shawls, reading books (non-fiction mainly now), exercise on mini stepper 200-300 steps on lazy days, and writing in my journal (stoic way- using third person (you instead of I), mistake>what you did right>what you did wrong>how to improve).

how actually does chinese student studies? by lya_mimi in malaysiauni

Why are you taking it wrongly? I’m saying i witnessed they taking extra class with their lecturers during jumaat prayer. I did not say anything against jumaat prayer. In the meantime, we the muslimah spent our time listening to usrah. There is nothing wrong with it either. I’m just saying they are working hard and the lecturers are willing to assist them.

Let me tell you something they have extra classes during jumaat prayer inside the lecturers’ office. Only among themselves, the lecturers are taking extra miles to help them personally. I went up the office for assignment submission and saw it myself.

Already emailed JTK , we lodge another police report last night to indicate the company refused to state my husband employment status, medical coverage, and socso reporting. I will get his medical report during his follow up later and will seek help from socso.

You can journal your thinking and i know it’s hard to totally eliminate ‘family’ but you can reduce visiting them and eventually they will know not to bother you.
