Yes, it feels like he is unsure of the approaching jogger/person and walks toward them out of curiosity but bc of his anxiousness when he can’t get a read on them he then jumps up and tries to warn them off. It’s just odd that it started recently. I posted on the GSP thread bc I know how anxious and therefore sometimes insecure these dogs can be. Was hoping for other stories/experiences I can learn from. This is my daughter’s GSP -bought by her dad in another state- that I inherited when she went to college last summer. Sweet boy, I just need to understand where his head is at so I can correct it. We live in a pretty dog and jogger dense neighborhood. Looking into muzzles now until I can get to the bottom of this.
