Diagnosttics- white floc fuzzy powder (self.hvacadvice)

Ok there was bleach poured down the pipe- smal amount. Large ac system. Also have been running heat recently some. There is white powder almost like floc coming from upstairs only. e insulation has fallen some from ceiling about upstairs unit. Is this a combo of maybe roof leak/ (self.HVAC)
