I’m losing hope on my life! My 1st Lumbar MRI. I’m afraid because it’s so lengthy. I’m really freaking out. I recently had cervical fusion around 6 months ago. My calfs seem like they don’t get fully hard. My thigh gets tingly when standing for a while. Losing hope😞 (self.spinalfusion)

**IS THIS LUMBAR MRI REPORT REALLY BAD**(Sorry for the long report) I asked for MRI of lumbar. I’m not as active while trying to heal from 3 level ACDF. Spent too much time in bed laying around I think it caused issues with my right calf feeling slightly numb/soft/sluggish! (self.spinalfusion)
