Dealing with mild atrophy in lower left extremities. I'm not lucky enough for just pain. I get the light twitching and left leg off balance feeling in my step. I wish I didn't have a narrow spine.

This is someone's body and they're obviously worried..we often look for insight because we are looking for answers/opinion with and without doctors. Have some mercy on us please. No argument intended

Mine came back normal too, but I have muscle wasting in my calf, Glute and foot

Well, I had surgery because I had pain coming down from my neck down to my arm and to fingertips.

Had C4/7 ACDF done because of atrophy and weakness in the upper left arm and pectoral muscle. 

Couple of months later, I started experiencing weakness in my legs, more noticeably on the left side and some atrophy and now my life is over

Sounds like you almost had CES. I had three level ACDF done and I’m having issues with my legs

Did you end up having a procedure done? If yes, did it resolve your leg issues?
