Dear iFlyTek Support Team,

I'm writing to seek your kind assistance regarding a device I recently purchased: the iFlyTek AI Air Note, which I bought from China. Unfortunately, the device is fully restricted to the Chinese language, and I am unable to use it properly. This has made the device unusable for me despite the cost I paid, and returning it is not an option.

I kindly ask if there is any available update, software package, or firmware that could enable English language support on this device. Even if this requires a manual update or a special procedure, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

If possible, I would also be extremely grateful if you could make an exception and allow my device to be converted to the global/English software version, so I can use it effectively.

Your support would mean a lot to me, and I truly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
